Supported Employment is a service for people with disabilities, including mental health and other barriers to work.
It's a service to help employers too.

We’ll help you find a job that will suit you, based on your interests, strengths, experiences and your abilities.

Your Job Search can start immediately.

We'll work closely with other support services and your employer, to help establish a fully supportive back to work programme.

We'll assist with any benefit problems a return to work might cause.

Once a job is found, our supported employment consultants provide on-going support to you and your employer.

We’ll work with your employer to ensure any difficulties are quickly worked through.
