Training should be fun, so we’ve developed a course that never stops moving.

This is a 10 week course that’s immersive – Very “hands on”

We take training out of the classroom and into the workplace. You’ll put theory into practise, in a real workplace, from your first day.

Trainees can expect 4 days of orientation, where we discuss workplace legislation and occupational safety in detail.

We then rotate you through a number of work situations over the following 12 week period.

You’ll gain diverse experiences – Discovering your skills. – We’ll help you further develop them.

Emphasis is on developing ‘Soft’ skills.

Employers want employees who are on time, keen to learn, can work solely, or in a team, and adapt easily to change.

Trainers work closely with you, giving support and guidance throughout the course.

Disabilities and barriers are also addressed and goal planning put in place.

Access to Career Advice and Employment Consultants are also available.

whakamahiri, ako, whakaahua.
