Earthlink is an Incorporated Society, registered with the NZ Companies Office as a not for profit organization in 1995. In 2010, Earthlink was registered with the Charities Commission.
Earthlink Inc has an executive board consisting of a minimum of 7 people who make decisions regarding the direction of Earthlink, the activities we conduct and future projects. The board meets monthly and board members take an active role in strategic planning and governance.
Each year an AGM is held. This is publicly advertised and all members of Earthlink are invited to attend.
